About

Located in Stinson Beach Village a short walk to the beach, these cottages have panoramic ocean views. Perfect for two couples, or a family with older children. Located just around the corner from the Stinson Beach Market, these charming cottages can be rented individually or as a duo. They are side by side, with a continuous deck that can be divided by a sliding panel. Each cottage has one bedroom, a gas range and a fully equipped kitchen. There is high speed wireless internet, flat screen Smart HD TV, and a furnished large deck with Gas BBQ and an outdoor shower. In addition to beds listed above, each unit has a pull out couch that sleeps one or two small children. These sleeper couches are not comfortable for adults. Street parking only. Please note that the cottages are accessed by a long hillside staircase.. No Pets Allowed. Bed Configuration: 2 Queens, 2 Sleeper sofas.

We loved our stay in number 5 and 6! Because we were traveling with our daughter and son-in-law, the two homes allowed us each some privacy as well as lovely shared times on the deck. The views of the ocean were incredible and the close proximity to the town made it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Although there are quite a few steps to get to the house entrance, it is well worth it once you’re rewarded by the view. Number 5 was especially great because it afforded us the extra space for gathering our families together. The only negative was the lack of parking close to the house which should be rectified soon once the driveway construction is completed.

Rented both properties for all of us. Clean and good location in that we walked everywhere we needed. The decking is rotting with protruding screws..not safe. Also updated bed linens would be welcome. Overall good stay and great neighbors in the area
