This comfortable home located on the hill in Stinson Beach features a back deck with a spa that looks up ensuite bathroom. There is a large flat screen TV with all sports channels available, as well as on demand pay-per-view movies. Baby gear available: crib, pack and play and baby bath. You are steps to the Matt Davis Trail, and a 10 minute walk to both town and the beach. NOTE: There is a small studio under the main house with a separate entrance that can be rented separately or added to the house rental. Gas Grill. No Pets Allowed. Bed Configuration: 2 King beds, and 1 Queen blow up bed.

All online bookings are subject to owner approval.
Minimum booking is 7 days unless surrounding bookings create a smaller span. 31 day rentals are also allowed and have a slight discount.

We loved this property. It has a view to die for and sun just streams in from all directions. Large rooms for shared space, also a sweet garden and hot tub in the back of the house. House is well stocked and clearly well loved. It is not fancy, but very comfortable. Great access to Mt Tam hiking trails, but a steep walk up from town.

A perfect location to get away, hearing waves from the ocean and the cute charming town of Stinson Beach. Close enough to San Francisco and Wine Country to make day trips. We loved the hot tub!

The VRBO that we shared with another couple was well located, had a great view but lacked some basics. There were inadequate closets or drawers to enable unpacking. In one bedroom, we had to lay our clothing out in a crib and/or live out of a suitcase. The bathroom there was small and had minimal counter space. The house itself was unrefined in its quality. The owner provided no amenities beyond those found in an inexpensive motel. Compared to friends where 3 couples shared a nearby house, at the same cost per couple, who found a nicely stocked cupboard and fridge, we had nothing, not even coffee. The owner needs to wake up and offer more basics or drop the price.

Dr. Mr. Kay – We are so very appreciative of your helpful feedback and have addressed the majority of the problems including the following: While there is a well stocked cabinet and condiments in the refrigerator, it may not have been obvious so we moved it and put coffee directly above the coffee maker so that guests could readily find the coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. The closet was rearranged and additional hangers were put into the closets allowing for significantly more space in the closets. We added a new shower to the first bathroom that has shelves for toiletries. We added additional drawers to the bedrooms. The crib is being removed. Thank you again, the owner.
