This is a beautifully remodeled and upgraded beach home.. The main house has 2BR, 2BA with a queen bed each. One of the BRs also has a full trundle. The detached studio cottage has 1BR, also a queen, and 1BA. It is a very short walk from the patio gate to the beach.
Very walkable to local eateries, etc. This beautiful beach house in Stinson is ready for your getaway! All electric construction with Tesla battery back-up system.
DirecTV. Sonos sound system. Outdoor firepit. Tesla charger. 2 Boogie Boards, Corn Hole game, Smash Ball.
Dog friendly! Renters bringing dogs: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee.

My family and I had a wonderful stay . The property is very close to the beach and was walking distance to town. The property description was just like the photos and we would definitely stay here again.

This house is very well equipped with comfortable beds, nice linens, nespresso machine, and all the kitchen necessities. The hot tub is warm and clean and the outdoor fireplace adds to the ambiance. You can hear the ocean from the yard, and the property gate opens up to the beach parking lot. Couldn’t be a more convenient location. House is super clean and comfortable and accommodated us really well. Highly recommend! Also love the ladies at highway one - top notch!

We loved this property (we’ve stayed at a few in the area). It was filled with all the comforts of home—super cozy bedding, lots of towels, a closet full of games, and a kitchen full of cooking supplies. The sunrise from the hot tub was sensational and it was great to have a fenced in yard for small children and a small dog. (Thanks for even making our dog feel welcome by supplying bowls for food and water!) The home was super clean and Wi-Fi was strong. Also, great to have 2 parking spaces especially when the beach is busy.
Also, thanks to the fantastic team at Highway One Properties. We look forward to staying again.
Incredibly convenient and beautiful home in Stinson Beach. We were two families with young children. Completely gated property, safe for little ones to roam around with supervision. Listng was very accurate- great location, right next to parking lot of Stinson Beach, end of the road property with easy access to Beach. We walked there every day. Super close by food, coffee, snacks/treats for the kids and the community playground. Easy access to hiking trails- we almost never got in our car the entire stay. Layout was great for multiple familities. Amenities were as stated. Clean, well-maintained. Hot-tub was lovely. Everything was so easy that we never had to contact the property manager at any point. Would definitely like to rent this property again and highly recommend it to others!
