The house was perfect! We loved the view from the living room area and enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck.

The house was beautiful and modern, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great views of the ocean and so close to the beach. Parking was difficult and guests should be warned about it. A house that big with 5 or 6 people renting -- you know they're going to come in two cars. Stairs were too steep and slippery for older people.But overall we had a good time. The house itself is great.

This is a very nice house right on the beach. We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend stay. Overall the house was clean and comfortable. However, the lower level is a bit dank and mold smelling due to previous flooding. We had children staying there but would not recommend for most guests.

Our stay at 98 Calle del Ribera was most excellent. Check-in was super easy, the location is walking distance from downtown and accommodations were perfect for our family. Highlights included people and animal watching (spotted whales, dolphins and beach goers with bad sunburns, cheeks out, etc. that made for a good time). The grill is top notch and we also quite enjoyed hott-tubbing!

General condition were great for the most part. I will say that it's annoying that these $$$ rentals don't include more beach accommodations such as a sunshade structure or big umbrellas, multiple beach towels, etc. We had to lug a shade structure from over the hill and had to ping the rental company on additional towels. The dishwasher was also janky and the shower wasn't draining right but those seem like easier fixes.

Even with the mostly minor inconveniences, we would 100% stay here again, as a great time was had by all!

This Stinson rental was one of our favorite locations. For the past five years, we’ve spent time in Bolinas & Stinson. We loved the beach in Stinson & walked it daily. We spent three weeks at this home, and it was a well-equipped home.
The house has divided floors; without inside access, it was mildly inconvenient for us. The lower level had a musky smell; a dehumidifier was provided to help remedy.
We had a water heater incident. The property Manager had it replaced the same day once identified. We did not use the hot tube. It was cleaned weekly even though.
We would recommend this property.

We had an incredible stay at 98 Ribera! The house is very user-friendly, light, warm and inviting.
It is open and spacious. The location could not be better and the ocean and sunset views are spectacular. Highway One Properties was very helpful and made sure we were all set. Check-in was a breeze and the personnel was friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for paradise on the beach, look no further!

It's always great to be at Stinson Beach!
The house is beautiful but the third day of the High Surf we had to move the guests from the downstairs to the upstairs because of the water seepage, dampness, musty odor, and bugs. It was quite an inconvenience.
Is it possible when the cleaning deposit is issued that compensation for 2 nights also be included for the downstairs not being possible to sleep in?

We had a wonderful vacation. It was perfect for our family which includes 2 adult children and our daughter in law. We could quickly get to Bolinas for surfing and the Dipsea trail for hikes. Beach walks were great also. The dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work well so there was lots of hand washing. We rotated our washing so it was not too bad. The kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was perfect!

This house was perfect for only being able to soak it all in with a weekend. The house is literally on the beach and has all the amenities, including a hot tub, beach toys and boogie boards. It is walking distance to town, and there is a beach volleyball court right next to the house. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again.

Great oceanfront property with wraparound ocean views right on the beach. The property is as shown in photos. Our group of four each had our own bed and we all slept comfortably. Lovely great room on upper main floor with deck. Walking distance to town for groceries and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect jouse on the beach. Wonderful views and many windows. Plenty of room for four couples although we were only three people. Lovely decks, very well appointed kitchen, many towels, easy instructions to follow. We will definitely rent this place again!

We all had a wonderful time, the location was perfect. Lots of family time, bbqing and relaxing on the beach. Every morning we walked to downtown Stinson. We enjoyed the soft ice cream. We all loved the hot tub, but the best part is that the beach is right down the stairs!

We love this house. This was our second time there and the house is right on the beach in the perfect location. This home is well taken care of and extremely clean. There is a wonderful wood burning stove for fires when it gets chilly and also a great hot tub. You can walk to town in less than 5 min. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect location for families with children... right on the beach. A short distance for lugging toys & chairs and still being close to make snacks & use the restroom. House is clean, cute and beachy, & a very convenient location.

The property was clean and had all of the necessary provisions. There were some sand toys that my daughter enjoyed. The house is laid out a little funny as the downstairs and upstairs do not connect indoors, but given the beautiful weather, it was not an issue for us. We will likely stay again!

We have lived in the Bay Area for decades and often rent at Stinson and Sea Drift. We LOVED this home and location.

This home is right on the beach. Amazing views from many rooms. We had a wonderful time, even in November.

What a gem. This is our sixth annual stay at Stinson over Labor Day and this house was by FAR our favorite. It was so easy! The kitchen was stocked, the beds comfortable and the downstairs was perfect for the teens. I wish the sun porch had a daybed for the toddler to sleep on, or something more comfortable to lay on and read or watch the ocean. The room is very special. The sunsets from the front deck are AMAZING. This home is loved and taken care of, you can tell. It does slope a little towards the sand, which just makes it more unique.

Our family really enjoyed this home! It is as pictured and in a perfect location, easy walk to town and right on the beach. The WiFi was solid if you need it. We would be happy to return!
There are a few minor things which would have been helpful to know prior to arrival so I’ll share them below: 1) There is only one parking spot and no other available spots on the street 2) The home is on a holding tank and thus water supply is limited (5 min indoor shower and 2 loads of laundry per week permitted). We prefer outdoor showers so this was not an issue but the laundry limit was inconvenient as we were not aware of that when packing for the trip. The home had few towels (5 towels for a home which sleeps 8) so if we returned I would bring a bunch from home. 3) There is a hose near the outdoor shower where we cleaned sandy feet. It is not safe to use the outdoor shower and the hose at the same time. The water in the shower becomes scalding once the hose is turned on. There should be a warning sign for this safety issue (there are lots of other signs in the home:)

What a perfect spot to get away from it all. There is nothing like waking up on the beach!

The house was perfect! We have rented quite a few homes at Stinson and this was our favorite. Perfectly situated and the house was meticulously taken care of. It was clean, well equipped and the best part was seeing whales from the deck.

If you're looking for a house on the beach, it doesn't get much better than this. The wrap around deck was perfect for enjoying outside time but the views were just as spectacular from inside the home.

Kitchen - excellent. All the pots and pans needed for cooking a holiday meal.

Beds - comfy and cozy!

Highway One Properties are total pros! Friendly and quick to respond to emails. Check in / out was easy.

We had a great time. Loved being right on the ocean and gearing the waves. The kitchen is well equipped.

Fantastic beach front house! Beautifully appointed, down to the Heath dish-ware, light, bright, huge windows with ocean views (all the windows were clean too, which is a HUGE thing for me). There is an older, but working hot tub, an enclosed courtyard to safely store bikes and beach toys. One complaint we had, the downstairs unit had to deal with the smell of the septic holding tank. The stank would waft in if they kept the door open for a breeze, so they had to close it, which meant there was not enough air flow. Might consider ceiling fans or floor fans, or maybe the holding tank hadn’t been pumped out recently. Luckily, you couldn’t smell it upstairs in the main part of the house.

We had 3 amazing days at this rental and hated to leave. Epic views, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, hot tub and you are right on the beach!! Seriously what more could you ask for? Oh wait, killer weather, dolphins and mind blowing sunsets - yes, we had those too!
Hope to return someday. Highways One Properties were super easy to deal with and I would use them again.

Four lifelong girlfriends traveled to Stinson for a quick getaway. We loved this beach house. The only downside to our trip was that it was too short. Plan to stay at least three nights and you will be glad you did!!

Had a wonderful time at 98 Calle del Ribera - staff at Highway One Properties were great! Will continue to rent from Highway One.

the hardwood floor is in terrible condition including a hole when you first walk in. the shower doesn't drain properly. there is a crack in the base of the toilet. the roof in the master bedroom has tarp on it and it still leaks. the third bedroom is separate, not advertised that way and is freezing with two miniture heaters for the whole place. the hot tub has and obstructive view of the ocean and was filled with other peoples sand. the chair in the living room is discusting and stained. there was a beer can opened in the downstairs. the house was approximately $700/ night completely overpriced. the view was unbelievable but the house should be much more up to par.

The stay was refreshing. This is our 4th time at the property and we noted that while there were new paint and windows, it seemed a little run down from previous years. There were several maintenance issues that were a little disruptive but over all, we had a wonderful time. The Highway One staff is the best. If it works out, we'll be back next year.

This is the second year we stayed at 98. Everyone was talking about next year already.
Needless to say a great time was had by all. And we do hope to return next year.

In a little disrepair- windows broken, screen doors didn't work, tv didn't work in main room. For the price, everything should be in good condition.

Choosing this spot to celebrate our 25 year wedding anniversary was perfect! Plenty of room, dynamic views, and a great time of year to enjoy all that Stinson Beach has to offer.
