The house was in a beautiful place and owners / property managers were very polite and accommodating. Plenty of space inside and lots of relaxing spots outside to lounge. The trampoline was fun! The sauna was very relaxing and had a wonderful view of the ocean. I would highly recommend the house to anyone!

This is a beautiful house, with great views. The accomodations and amenities were excellent. Be forewarned many roads in the small town of Bolinas are gravel and extremely rutted, and the most direct route to the house is treacherous so you will have to acclimate and figure out the best roads to take to get there. The management had a circuitous route all texted out, and was very helpful, but we figured out a little less tedious way to travel as our stay progressed. Overall this is a great house and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The place is really interesting and extremely peaceful. I surfed everyday. Listened to the waves crash each night. Enjoyed the vierw of the ocean from the sauna.

We had a great stay in Bolinas. This property is a bit more rural than we expected. The house is off of dirt roads with very limited wifi and no cell service. Once we adjusted to this reality, the house was great and well-equipped. Beautiful views and lots of stairs. Short hike to tidepools and just a short drive away from the beach. The markets in town are fun. The Bolinas library has DVDs you can borrow. There are toys and books for kids. We took day trips to Stinson Beach and Point Reyes. Overall I would recommend!

We had an amazing time at this house at the edge of the world. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans and everything we needed. We love the views from the windows and waking up to the sound of the waves.

Our second time at 395 Yucca and we enjoyed every minute of it. Such a special place. Impeccable condition, comfy and amazingly located. Breathtaking views on the ocean. Well stocked kitchen, awesome amenities.

My family and friends had a wonderful time in this quirky, fun, amazing home. The spaces were full of cool art, and we loved exploring the house and making new discoveries in every room. Outside is equally magical--we took great walks down to the beach and along the bluffs, watching the waves, tidepools, and birds. We hope to come again!

Perfect in every way!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home in Bolinas. The views are spectactular especially from the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The cabin-like architecture and furnishings made every room cozy and inviting. The sauna and sundeck are an added bonus. We loved it!

We arrived with such excitement into Stinson Beach. Happy home clean and ready to go so timely. The house so beautiful and well equipped in all rooms but having all you need to cook & entertsin real plus. Loved the style of home , the art, the coziness. Very clean and bery spacious. Enjoyed the deck at the front to simply hear ocean and birds. I loved being away tucked on hill .. took planning but I made great trip to market before arrival. Loved having music available , games, books. Nice to have BBQ too. Thankful to have had time with family and have such nice home to recieve them in very comfortable.

We loved our time at 395 Yucca. It was a bit farther from town than we realized, but that comes with its benefits. The house decor is eclectic but don't let that fool you, it's incredibly comfortable and livable and well-appointed. Please don't rent it, though, as we'd like it to be available the next time we come to Bolinas.

We had the best week together in this warm and very charming home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and it felt like home. Not many things are better than watching the sunset with your loved ones at the end of the day. Everyone at Highway one was exceptionally helpful and personable.

The only feedback would be the TV really does not work. It has a blue line through the screen and there is no cable/satellite tv, only wireless which does not work well at all for streaming video movies.

House was rustic and in a beautiful locale.

My family (5 adults) spent almost a week a the "I Spy" house, three floors of interesting artwork and collectables with something new around every corner. It was just as interesting outside as the gardens were interesting to explore and we saw deer, foxes, and bats at different times. I always appreciate attention to detail and this house was packed with it, from a large selection of spices in the kitchen to well stocked bathrooms. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything including quality appliances. The only thing to be aware of is that the internet is not at the same quality/speed of most of the Bay Area. It is a great place to unplug and read a book. I would love to go back again in the not too distant future.

It was a lovely home and very relaxing. However quite far/difficult to get to for day trips to San Francisco. I would recommend this for families who want to "unplug".

We loved our time here in Bolinas. Beautiful views of the ocean, lush gardens to play in, fun hike to the beach and lots of tide pools to explore...can't beat this for a quiet getaway with kiddos. The house is also such a great layout with lots of nooks to cozy up with a book or take a nap. Hope to be back soon.

Truly an amazing experience to stay at this house. There is so much it offers from breathtaking views of the ocean, fun decor and comfortable accommodations. I have zero complaints on my stay with my girlfriend. If you are looking at this place, trust me, book it!! We enjoyed Agate Beach, Bolinas Lagoon, the different outdoor living spaces, the sauna and ultimately the peace it brought us. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Beautiful home; spacious, clean & relaxing. It would have been perfect if we had internet, or had known there was no internet or cell service, as we were not prepared to be without it at all. We did have to do work while there and communicate with others in the area.
I had sent several inquiries through VRBO which the management team said did not receive, so did not have information in advance.
When we arrived at the home, we found we had to go back to Stinson Beach in order to get a key for the home. This was an additional inconvenience. It would be helpful to have a key at or near the home site.
Again, beautiful home, and we would recommend it and even stay there again, knowing this information in advance.

We had a great stay. The house is very beautiful from a design and decorating perspective. Bedrooms clean and cozy, bathrooms and kitchen clean, sitting areas and decks inviting . The spot is beautiful, with a trail down to Agate Beach, the decks provide ocean views. It is somewhat far out on the ridge (farther from town), but this is not necessarily a negative, just something to be aware of.

This home is wonderful! Perched high above the ocean with incredible views we spent most of our time outside on the various decks taking in the views, feeling the breezes, watching sunsets and star gazing. Pelicans were riding the thermals in the afternoon up from the beach and gave us a close up show of their many flying formations. The house itself is beautifully and casually decorated, great kitchen and lots of living spaces and levels for the 5 of us.
Though I wouldn’t mark this house down for anything, a heads up that the last mile or so of the drive in is dirt road, a little rough. That’s just the nature of Bolinas though, and well worth it!
