This adorable seaside cottage is located on a quiet street and just steps away from Stinson Beach. There is one bedroom with a full sized bed, and there is a full sleeper sofa in the living room that is suitable for a child. The kitchen is small but well equipped and there is a small interior dining table. New hot tub on the private deck! Note: Both the fridge and the oven are quite small. Probably not perfect if you plan to do a lot of cooking. The private deck is tranquil and charming and the cottage is a short walk to the Parkside Cafe and Stinson Village. Boogie Boards, a beach wagon and sand toys are there for your use. TV is Apple TV and Amazon Fire only - no cable or satellite. Gas Grill. No pets. Bed Configuration: 1 Full Bed and 1 Full Sleeper Sofa.

Located a block from beautiful Stinson Beach, this little cottage is ideally situated for beach enjoyment. It is a great size for 1-2 people. Note: the refrigerator is small and under the counter, freezer is tiny (ice tray fits), the oven is under-sized, and there are 3 burners on the stove. A manual for how the oven operates would be helpful as it is not intuitive. Burners were a bit of a challenge staying lit. Not a place to stage a feast, but fine for minimal cooking. The bed is very comfortable. There is a nice TV that connects to wireless for access to subscription services. We wished the train worked...or that there was a story in the cabin that told us more about it???

A perfect and cozy beach retreat with one of the best showers and beds I have ever experienced! The back patio is a little slice of heaven and this place is just steps from the beach! The ladies at HOP were all amazing and so helpful. I am already planning my next trip.
We really loved this place! We have booked multiple rentals from Highway One, and felt like it was best to trust our value week of vacation to that group instead of something online. After some searching we picked a larger place across the street from 21 Calle del Pinos, but just before our trip the owner sold the property and HOP team had to relocate us in less then 3 weeks. As it happened we ended just across from the sold property. So we really loved this location, this is the last street before the beach and town and the location could not be better at least for us.
We were happy to see that 21 Calle del Pinos was larger than we expected, the place was really clean and updated in places that mattered. If we had not been relocated to this place we would not have booked it, but now that we have we plan on staying there again, it's really perfect for 2 people, maybe a child could be added if needed. My wife and I will be back next year, thanks again to the great HOP team!!!
