This was our second stay at this house. We will be back. Love the large kitchen and the table is great for sharing meals and playing games. Kitchen nicely stocked, but could use more wine glasses. Yard is very secure for dogs. Bocce ball court is a fun addition. A few of the windows wouldn't open.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and well appointed, short walk to the beach, and within walking distance of town.

Everything was wonderful with our rental. I loved how easy it was to walk to the beach and to town.

I'll start by saying that this was a troubled stay. On our second day, electricians were in and out of the house all day; they were good lads, but it was intrusive and the power was out for a time. That work knocked out the hot tub and the tv's streaming services. Later in the week, we had more workers (hot tub maintenence + hot tub repairman). In all honesty, it was a bummer at not having those amenities, and having frequent disruptions. The saving grace was Fritz, who himself came and fixed the tv. But we love the property, and would welcome a discounted night if we return again.

Great house with plenty of light. Comfortable common living areas with a well supplied kitchen. The art in the house is an added bonus. The only issue when we arrived was that the hot tub was not working, but we called the number in the book and they got it up and running the next day.

The house was equipped with everything one could possibly need and more. It was sunny warm and cozy. Lovely art surrounds you and the kitchen is a joy to cook in!

We loved our stay in this house. It was close to the beach but also had a lot of nice outdoor space to relax and get sun when it was a bit cold on the beach.

2nd time at this house and we just love it. Only negative the need for a plumber in the house for several hours due to a clogged sink that was obviously a problem when we first arrived the day before and apparently an issue in the past as well. But aside from that this is a lovely, art-filled house with a baby grand piano and only a few steps from the beach. Will be back again.

We had a wonderful week with beach walks, relaxing on the deck, cooking in the sunny kitchen and short side trips to see Marin and Sonoma. The dogs had a great time too.

I love the house. I love the outdoor part. My only problem with it in winter was that it was cold. We were unsure how to use the wood stove so maybe that could have directions. But in summer it would be perfect.

It was fantastic. Even though not sunny, it was comfortable home with great cooking utensils, comfortable bedding, and close to beach for walks!
My husband and I loved it and will be back.

This was wonderful location if you're looking for a quiet place for a restful vacation. Stinson beach is about 4 minutes down a path and its spectacular for sunsets. The house is unique and the windows and patios give a great view of the mountain, where by the way, you can hike. All amenities were as promised.

We had to call the property manager to get the shower head fixed. The refrigerator was very noisy and we finally had to turn it off to defrost and we lost quite a bit of food. We wish there were screens on the doors and windows as we have been bothered every year by mosquitos

In a perfect spot on the Beach with good access to town and sheltered from the ocean this was a great place to spend some time. The decor doesn't get much more charming and you feel like your stay is just one of many many happy times spent there. A noisy fridge had to be turned down occasionally but other than that it was bliss. Oh... and long live dog lovers!

This was our second time visiting this property, and was very happy with everything. The service from Hwy One was great.
