About
Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on the Seadrift Lagoon with a private patio and floating dock. This home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and the dining area has a built in banquette that comfortably seats eight people. The living room has lagoon views and a gas fireplace, along with a built in queen size daybed. The beautiful shaded outdoor patio has a large hot tub, and a Gas BBQ. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is located in a separate guest studio across the flagstone patio and has it's own full bath. Owner prefers children over the age of 10. No pets allowed. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Daybed
NOTE:
All bookings are subject to owner approval.
For the Summer months of June, July, and August, the minimum booking is 31 days. The 31 Day rate is $15,000 plus cleaning and processing. You must call our office to get this rate.
For all other open dates, the minimum booking is 7 days unless surrounding bookings create a smaller span.

171 Dipsea is such a cute home! Beautiful views of the Bolinas lagoon on one side and the Seadrift lagoon on the other! Relaxing outdoor space with a lovely hot tub and BBQ. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend this home! It is perfect for two couples!

Overall this was one of our best vacation rentals. The location on the lagoon was perfect. The home was comfortable and the outdoor area was so beautiful. We had great amenities (paddle board, kayaks, bikes) and just overall a really pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again!

We had a spectacular stay at 171 Dipsea. The house was clean and the property was well maintained. Beautiful views of the garden from every area of this home - we felt like we were staying in tree house. And as a family that loves to cook, we were pleased to find a well equipped kitchen that made this easy. Would definitely rent this property again in the future.
