This elevated updated 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath is perfect for family and friends. The well-appointed kitchen opens to the living area which accesses the upper deck with a water view. Grill and entertain while looking toward the ocean, or sit on the lower deck in the peaceful garden. This warm and inviting home features a fireplace that is adjacent to a cozy nook in the living room just right for a quiet read. The home also has forced air furnace for overall heat. NOTE: This home is TV Free!

The en suite primary bedroom looks to the ocean and opens out to the upper deck. The kids will love the bunk room and the comfortable guest bedroom is spacious and has mountain views.

This is luxury living at the beach.

No pets Allowed. Reserved off street parking for two or three cars. Bed Configuration: 2 Queens, 1 Bunk Bed (2 singles).

We stay in Stinson Beach annually. Our home this year was well located, in terrific shape, well designed, well outfitted, and all beds were top notch and extremely comfortable (including the bunk beds. Ocean view was appreciated and all the provided outdoor spaces were really nice. Good spaces for enjoying the weather, good or bad!

Lovely spacious home steps from the beach! Nicely remodeled with abundant outdoor living space. The air conditioning was appreciated as was the outdoor shower and off street parking.. Thank you Margaux and Cathy at Highway One for making our family’s visit memorable!
