The house was light, bright and a great home base at Stinson. Highway One properties went out of their way to send me clothes I mistakenly left at the house - superior customer experience

we love being steps from the beach. We love the doors opening onto the patio. We love the games and toys, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, etc. etc. Thanks so much for adding a real bed to the upstairs back room. It's a very pleasant space. Outdoor showers and hot tub are wonderful. Kitchen well equiped but time to trade out of the non-stick wear as it is peeling.

My family and I had a 3 generation gathering here for a week and it was absolute heaven! The outdoor space is bigger than it looks in photos, and very warm with multiple heat lamps. We had dinner outside every night! The beach is steps away, and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

We tried to rent a home instant beach every year and this one is our favorite yet! Maria at Highway one properties was So wonderful to work with. The rental had everything we needed, The location was ideal and the beds were so comfortable. We look forward to staying here again

A great house. We would definitely stay again. Good size kitchen. Huge upstairs bathroom. Great shower upstairs. Nice to have a washer and dryer. The yard is terrific! Great for BBQs. And it has two outdoor showers. Great view of the ocean from the upstairs balcony.

We stayed for a whole week with a gaggle of friends...mostly women over the age of 60. We played corn hole, ping pong and a bit of spike ball in the courtyard, made dinners, ate at restaurants, talked and talked and talked, and boogie boarded every day. We loved it! We love this house, we hope to come back.

The only down side was the mattress on the floor in the second upstairs bedroom. People really don't want to have a special vacation in a really nice home like this and then have to sleep on the floor. It's too hard getting up in the middle of the night.
Please put a queen size bed in this room.

Stinson beach is definitely one of our happy places and we can't wait to return.

Lovely house. Best part is how much light every room gets. Beds were comfortable and the main bathroom was big and shower wonderful.
Whole place was clean and comfortable. Easy beach and town access were also apprecited.

We have stayed in many rentals throughout Stinson, over the years. 12 Padero is one that we come back to, it is so easy to live as a family in this beautiful home. Everything you need for the beach is accessible, chairs, boogie boards, games, and toys for the toddlers. Please note that there is no bathtub, but our toddler took a shower outside every night - she loves it! I must say the remodel upstairs fits the house so much better and that back little room is so private. It gets warm so bring a fan.

This is a wonderful house with a superior, large patio area, a storage bldg w/a plethora of water toys, ping pong, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, etc.

A 1-min. walk to the beach. Kitchen and dining area open to the huge patio--delightful!

We're happy to hear the huge second bath and small 3rd bdrm are being renovated to become a large 3rd bdrm and smaller second bath.

The whole house is well-appointed and was very clean. We loved it!

And a delight, as always, to deal with Highway 1 Property.

Very welcoming, very clean and everything provided. Linens, kitchenware, recreation equipment all provided. So close to the ocean. We had an amazing time.

Wow!!! What an amazing stay we had at this home. We were a party of 7 (family of 4, couple, and solo traveler) and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The house is well maintained, had EVERYTHING we could want, and is steps from the beach, the town, etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more and are eagerly planning a future trip to stay again. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful week in Stinson with old friends for New Years! The house has great shared living space, incredible outdoor space and a perfect location. We could not have been happier with our stay. The extras in the house: ping pong table, corn hole, wet suits for our young ones, and more. As always, Highway One Properties made us feel welcome and taken care of.

The property was clean, lovely and well stocked. I had two communications problems with things promised that were not conveyed to other staff which led to some frustration.

I spent 12 days at this lovely home with family and friends. I could not have had a better experience! Everything you imagine you need for the beach is there (towels, chairs, boogie boards, games, sand toys for the littles). There is space for privacy (if needed) and amazing entertaining areas to gather/eat as a group. I think I used the inside shower twice - there is nothing like being outside! THANK YOU for a wonderful experience. I would go back in heartbeat!

This is a beautiful house in the perfect location. Suitable for a family and a dog, and a few friends (when not in COVID times!). Close to the beach, walkable to town, it was a wonderful place to be with our kids over the holidays. Hot tub, ping pong are also available for at-home fun. We loved the house, how well laid-out and appointed it is, and how conducive to relaxation. Very homey and livable, very well-maintained.

We loved this home! It's a gorgeous property with great amenities and super close to the beach. We were impressed with how outfitted it was—lots of pots and pans and utensils, dish towels, beach towels, beach toys, even warm jackets and rain jackets if we'd needed them! Also loved the two outdoor showers and the gas grill and outdoor seating. Plenty of indoor seating too, and everything very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Steps from the beach and downtown Stinson, we had a wonderful stay. The property and outdoor showers are awesome. Clean, comfortable shared space, nice amenities. The layout is a bit unusual and the house is missing some curtains on the windows for any light sleepers in the mix. Otherwise, thoroughly recommend.

We were celebrating my daughter’s 10th Birthday... Had an amazing time and loved the house.

The home was absolutely beautiful with a great kitchen to cook wonderful meals in, a large master bath with a beautiful tiled shower and tub, plenty of spacious rooms for a great night sleep, a wonderful patio with a barbecue grill and hot tub! A one minute walk to the beach, very roomy and clean and was able to get in early check-in and a late check out ! Would definitely rent this house again! Thank you for making my friends 50th birthday a memorable and wonderful milestone!

This place was perfect for our vacation to the beach. It had everything you’d want out of a beach house. It was steps from the beach and we loved the outdoor patio with grill. The hot tub was clean and big enough to fit everyone. We also enjoyed the outdoor showers and beach toys in the shed. I highly recommend this house and would love to come back and stay again.

This beautiful house sits just steps away from the beach! I stayed here with friends in the winter and had an amazing time despite the rain storms. The house is fully equipped with anything you could need for a relaxing and fun weekend. Highlights include all the windows and natural light, the hot tub, the incredible views from the master balcony, and the spacious living room area. This house is very clean and updated. It is clear the owners have thought of everything! I would definitely come back again!

This is a GREAT rental! It's perfectly located - a short walk to the beach, rental shop for boards and boats is on the corner and very close to town. It has great indoor and outdoor space, and everything you need for a beach vacation. Staff was friendly and helpful too.
