Great value! This cozy cabin is only steps to the ocean and a short walk to town. One queen bedroom and one sleeping nook with full bed. Electric heater provides the flames and heat without the hassle of wood. Back yard with picnic table and shaded porch. Charcoal BBQ. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 1 Full, 1 Queen.

During King Tides and Heavy rain, the septic systems in the Stinson Calles (beach streets) are sometimes compromised. Should this happen during your stay at 10 Sierra we will work with you to find a solution.

I have stayed at this property several times in the past few years. It's a great location and quaint/charming cabin... however it needs some upgrades... Of note: 1) def needs better mattresses ... specially the 2nd bedroom .. After a couple of days... you wake up with lower back pain. 2) larger TV 3) availability of cleaning supplies 4) Could use a couch update --

Loved our weeklong stay at this little cabin...not luxury living by any means, but location location location -- steps to the beach! Rustic but perfect for our family of 4 + the pooch...plenty of parking. Would highly recommend!

A little house but it was well equipped. Everything worked well, and you couldn't beat the location. Even though it's in a congested part of town, it was quiet at night. The sound of the waves put us to sleep at night, and woke you up in the morning. The place could use some freshening up, but we were happy and grateful to be there. I recommend!

Good location. Very short walk to beach and town. Cozy space. Most basic amenities. No tub. No room between neighbors but that is standard for the area. Both the owner and on-site management went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Recommend checking it out. It's a cute cabin in a great community. Grab a pizza to-go from the restaurant in town (5-minute walk) and have a sunset dinner on the awesome beach that is steps from the cabin.
Yes, the cabin is close enough to hear the waves as you drift off to sleep:-)

We had a great stay at Rosali’s Beach Cabin. Cabin was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Parking for two cars was perfect. Short walk into town and wonderful sunsets from the beach at the end of the street. We will be back.
