PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Located in Stinson Beach Village right on the beach. House has Ocean views. This architecturally significant home designed by John Marsh Davis is located right on the beach at the end of Calle del Sierra. This exclusive home features a large open concept living/dining space that features a custom dining table with ocean views. The kitchen is surrounded by glass that extends along the front of the house, making for breathtaking views from every angle. The large engaging wood burning fireplace is centered in the living room, a cozy place to curl up and watch the surf or relax after a long day on the beach. The second floor loft “bedrooms” are built-in berths that make one feel as if they were on a boat, each nook featuring stunning beach and ocean views. Each of the sleeping areas can be made private by lowering the custom sail-cloth blinds. In addition there is a 3rd floor loft bedroom area with two twin beds and a private master bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed. This truly exceptional home boasts a large private inner courtyard, wrap around ocean front decks, and a hot tub overlooking the ocean.
While both the interior and exterior of this home are stunning, the berth style bedrooms and 3rd floor ladder are not suitable for children under 8 years old. In addition this exclusive home features hand crafted furnishings, one of a kind design elements and a multi-level floor plan. Because of this uniqueness, there is a strict policy that prohibits large groups or gatherings of 15 or more people. And thus, this home comes with an extra level of commitment from the guest; to treat the home with the respect they show their own property.
